Our retreats are designed for intermediate to advanced music producers. You should be comfortable with your DAW of choice and have a basic understanding of mixing concepts. If you're unsure whether you're ready, feel free to reach out – we're happy to help you determine if a retreat is right for you.
We recommend bringing: • Your laptop with your DAW installed • Headphones (quality monitoring headphones recommended) • External hard drive with your project files • Any MIDI controllers you're comfortable with The venue provides professional studio equipment, monitors, and microphones.
Airfare is not included in the retreat price. However, we do provide airport transfers from the nearest major airport to the retreat venue. Please book flights that arrive before 3 PM on the first day and depart after 2 PM on the last day.
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy: • More than 60 days before: Full refund minus €200 processing fee • 30-60 days before: 50% refund • Less than 30 days: No refund, but you may transfer your spot to someone else We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Yes! All meals are included in the retreat price. We provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared by professional chefs. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies when you register – we're happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs.
After your application is accepted, you'll receive an email with payment instructions. You can secure your spot with the deposit amount, and the remaining balance is due before the full payment deadline. We accept credit cards and bank transfers.
